Maggie has been training since she was 3 months old
and became certified at 15 months old. Mike & Kathy
are both certified handlers. Maggie earned her
Mantrailer (MT) Certificate from American
Bloodhound Club on 5/27/2006

Maggie is also trained for cadaver searches and is
nearing retirement.

Sadie has been training since October 2006, and
with the club since November 2006. She will be
tested to certify in April of this year. Sadie also has
her ABC Mantrailing title. Sadie also has interests
outside of search and rescue which include dog
sledding. She ran in the 2007 Priest Lake race and
earned 3rd place.

Billy has been training since shortly after his arrival
on Jan 1, 2001. He certified in the American
Bloodhound Club Instinct Test 22 April 2006. Billy
earned his Mantrailer Certificate from American
Bloodhound club 27 May 2006. Billy has taken
several obedience classes as well as conformation
classes and competed in conformation.

Mike was one of the original IEB members. Mike
trained with Bill Tolhurst, along with Tony Lamana, in
Priest River Idaho. He was tested by Terry Davis in
Portland, Oregon. He has owned bloodhounds since
1991, starting with Beau. His first search dog was
Justice's Interceptor "Belle", (l992) bred by Sid and
Lynn Harty. Belle made the first find by the IEB club.

Sir Johnny Bo Birchall

January 3, 2006 in Alebmark, North Carolina

Johnny has been training since October 2006. We
are eager to have Johnny certified the summer of
2008. Johnny is a black and tan bloodhound and
weighs in at just about 100 pounds. Johnny’s
bloodlines run back to Europe. Johnny enjoys
drooling and letting out a long bloodhound bay. He’s
actively involved in Search and Rescue training and
looking forward to his certification so he can help find
those in need.

Southern Bella Mae Birchall

May 12, 2007 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma

Bella has been training since December of 2007. We
anticipate she will be certified in the summer of 2009.
Bella is a red bloodhound and her father was a 100-
pound liver and tan AKC Champion. Bella’s boyfriend
is a black and tan bloodhound known as "Johnny
Reb". The two plan to breed sometime in 2009! Bella
enjoys long walks in the park and chewing on her
toys.

Sir Snooter McGruff Nicholson

April 2006 in Olympia, WA

Snooter has been training since November 2006.
Snooter is a black and tan, his mother and
grandmother have both been trained in search and
rescue. In the summertime snooter is an avid
swimmer and stick retriever. His best friend is our
other pup, a redbone coonhound named punkin.
They spend the better half of the afternoon treeing
birds and wrestling. We are in hope to have Snooter
certified within the next year.
